Dan, Customer Experience Manager at Sporting Life Yonge Street location, shares his top 3 gift picks for the holiday season.
The North Face Thermoball Eco traction mule
I love these for winter camping and as a driving shoe during the winter. I’ll often slide right into them after a Nordic ski trip for the ride home.
These are great midlayers for low athletic level winter activities like hiking. They can also sub as an “Ugly Christmas sweater” at your office holiday party in a pinch.
Cold weather activities like Nordic skiing and snowshoeing can lead to sore legs and shoulders (especially if you’re not stretching enough!) I use mine to soothe angry Knots while sipping some whisky hot chocolate back at the cottage after a backcountry ski adventure.
To buy items like these and more, shop our Holiday Gift Guide this season, available online (remember to place your order by Dec 17th and receive your gifts by Dec 24th) and in stores (did you know we offer 2-hour pick-ups?!).
